Our Objective

Our blog objective is encouraging everyone to quit meat for several days a week in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and build "Meatless Monday" to have a positive effect on the attitudes toward vegetarian food in restaurants (Rivera & Shani 2013)

Happyland Health Food Restaurant



Happyland Health Food Restaurant serves Asian cuisine and local favourites, that offer a variety of vegetarian dishes. The food is delicious and price is also very reasonable. The Happlyland restaurant is pleasant with friendly staff and quiet place to dining here will have a homely feel!!


Spicy Sauce Fish Rice
Rice served with spicy sauce, fish, cucumber, carrot and sesame
The spicy sauce fish rice a litter bit spicy for me, but fish tender and chewy mock real meat.

Curry Mutton Rice
Rice served with curry sauce, mutton, potato and vegetables

Value Set Meal
Including choose any two main dishes, served with rice and sides dishes (vegetable soup and fruit). The price of value set meal is very reasonable and good value.

Banana Pancake

The taste of banana pancake is very nice and perfect for after dinner.


We highly recommend curry mutton rice with curry sauce which makes you crave for more which doesn’t make you feel nausea. I have yet to try other dishes in Happyland Health Food Restaurant. Thus, it was quite a nice place and we will surely come back to this restaurant with friends and family for their pleasant atmosphere!
