Our Objective

Our blog objective is encouraging everyone to quit meat for several days a week in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and build "Meatless Monday" to have a positive effect on the attitudes toward vegetarian food in restaurants (Rivera & Shani 2013)

Alfresco Vegetarian

Alfresco Vegetarian is a restaurant which have offer different materials of vegetable to that give more variety of chooses. It is better choice for those persons who are like to eat with mixing different vegetable materials. Furthermore, they also have offer the dishes of noodles with different cooking method.


Lam Mee
Mee served with vegetable, tofu, mushroom, and bean sprouts
Hokkien Mee
Mee served with vegetable and mushroom

Rojak
Served with fruit such as cucumber, pear, fritters, etc
Rice mix with different vegetable material
Yardlong bean, tofu, vegetarian meat

The price of food is reasonable. The dishes are delicious, especially the rojak taste is so great and not very greasy. In this restaurant they also have offer free Buddhist scripture CD for you to own it.
